As a voluntary aided Church of England school we are here to serve our community by providing excellent Christian primary education through a curriculum which is underpinned by our distinctive Christian ethos and values.

I am blessed to have been part of this outstanding school for over 18 years and to be part of a dedicated, experienced, professional, hard working and loving team – that: recognises that everyone is loved by God; recognises the preciousness of children; values childhood; is committed to providing the very highest standards of education and to the school’s values and vision (see Mission Statement, Aims and Ethos); and that feels privileged to have the wonderful responsibility of caring for, nurturing and educating the children of this community.

Our relationships with children, parents, the church and our community are central to the school’s family atmosphere.

I hope that the content of the website will provide you with a glimpse of this very special place and provide you with the information you require. If you require any further information please e-mail or telephone the school.

Reflections On The First Half Term

Wow, what an amazing half term.  It has been a fantastic start to the school year. Our youngest pupils have settled brilliantly and are very much enjoying their learning and being a part of…

Having reflected on a wonderful last year in school in which the children were amazing!  (They achieved so much and made great progress in their learning despite the challenging context for us all and showed just how resilient they are as learners – we had lots of fun along the way!!)  I am very excited about the new academic year and welcoming everyone to school. The start of the year is always very special as we welcome our new reception children to school – they always settle so quickly and they know they are a precious part of the school. …
